Ingredients
- 600mL Heavy or Double Cream

- 1/2 cup (up to 1 Cup) Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup
Make sure your bowl and your mixing whisk are chilled in the freezer or refrigerator.
How To Make Chocolate Ice Cream
Step 1
Add 600 ml of Whipping or Double Cream and sweetened condensed milk to a bowl. Promptly add a can (or about 400g) of Sweetened Condensed Milk. Add about half a cup of Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup to the bowl.
Step 2
Whip the mix on low speed and increase speed as the cream mixture thickens. The whipped chocolate mixture should have stiff peaks. Be careful not to overmix as you could break the mixture.
Step 3
Put half of the mixture in a freezer-safe container and drizzle some syrup on it. Repeat the procedure with the other half. Check this article out for ideas on freezer-safe containers. Cover the bowl for about 3 hours for a soft-serve scoop or overnight for a more traditional firm ice cream texture.
