American Food Mart offers next-day delivery (Orders placed before 1 PM will be dispatched for next-day delivery.)

Spend £39.99 and over for Next-day Free Delivery (Mainland UK Only)

Orders after 1 PM will be despatched the following day and should be delivered within 1 working day. 

If your order is large enough that it needs to be sent in multiple parcels, you may be asked to pay £5.00 for each additional parcel. If your order does not arrive within these time frames, please let us know at sales@americanfoodmart.co.uk

‘Mainland UK excluding Highlands & Islands’ here is defined as all of mainland England (including Isle of Wight) and Wales and parts of Scotland.

Unfortuntely we do not currently ship to Europe.

Other Delivery Information

We usually process your order and get it ready to be shipped out next working day. However, during our busiest times it can take us between 3-5 working days (e.g., Summer Holidays, Black Friday & Christmas). Once your order has been sent out, you’ll receive a notification of your order being fulfilled and completed on our end ready to be dispatch via email from us.

If an order is returned to us as a result of a customer not being available to then receive their parcel on the delivery date or subsequently not planning to have their parcel redelivered or collected and it exceeds the courier’s time frame, the customer will be liable for the initial cost of delivery including any fees charged to us by the courier for the return of the parcel. In this case, once your order has been returned back to us, we will get in contact with you to offer either a refund of your order, minus the initial cost of delivery and any return to sender fees incurred, or re-dispatch your order at the cost of the delivery charge plus any return to sender fees incurred. You are entitled to a refund if goods are damaged or out of date. We do require pictures of goods if items are damaged. Please send images of products via our social media or by email.

Please note that in summer months there is some risk that chocolate or other heat-sensitive candies will arrive melted.

Unfortunately, we cannot control the temperature and conditions the products are exposed to once they leave our fulfilment centre. Delivery trucks can get very hot in the summer months and chocolate is bound to melt. These items will return to their normal state if they are allowed to cool or placed in the fridge. We do not consider these items defective or damaged and our returns policy does not apply to them.
