These crispy, spicy, and delectable poultry extremities are to die for, and today you are going to learn how to make Buffalo Wings with this easy recipe.
- 1 kg of chicken wings
- Vegetable oil or butter
- garlic powder
- black pepper
- baking powder
- Hot Buffalo Sauce
Making Buffalo wings
Make sure you pre-heat your oven at 205°C
Prepare a baking sheet with a rack or parchment paper over it.
Turn on your grill/broiler before making the sauce
Combine the chicken wings with oil and season them with garlic powder, salt, baking powder, and pepper. Once combined, assemble them on the aforementioned baking sheet.
Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven for 30 minutes. Once done, flip the wings and bake again for another 30 minutes.
In a saucepan, add the Buffalo sauce, a pinch of sugar, and a tbsp of butter for a richer flavour. Bring to a boil and let it simmer for about 2 minutes. Put the wings in a bowl and coat them with your hot sauce mixture. Once coated in Buffalo sauce, put them back on the baking sheet and place the sheet under the grill/broiler. Let it caramelize for 2-3 minutes on low and serve. A contrasting white side dip like a ranch or blue cheese dip is ideal to go with these Buffalo Wings.
