Cinnamon Toast Crunch is a tasty, crunchy, brand of breakfast cereal! It was first produced in 1984 by General Mills and Nestlé.
The cereal tries to recreate the taste of cinnamon toast, and it certainly succeeds! It is made up of small, delicious squares of wheat and rice, and is covered in cinnamon and sugar! Despite this, there are only 130 calories and 9 grams of sugar however! (170 calories if you add a cup of skimmed milk!).
There have been four spin-offs of the cereal to date, and each are as delicious as the original! Firstly, French Toast Crunch, which was only sold for a short period before being discontinued in 2006. However, it made a grand return in 2015 after so many people took to social media to say they missed it! The other three spin-offs to be created were Peanut Butter Toast Crunch, Frosted Toast Crunch, and Sugar Cookie Toast Crunch. All of which were delicious, but nothing can beat Cinnamon Toast Crunch!
