Great pumpkin, poor packaging

While having the best price I could find for canned pumpkin, their shipping left a LOT to be desired. I ordered 2 of the 12 packs of pumpkin, which is 2 full cases. Instead of being shipped as 2 wrapped intact cases, I received 24 single cans in a large box. As such the cans were bouncing around and several cans were seriously dented. Very inefficient & impractical.

Poor packaging

We’ve been buying this product from you for a couple of years now but have noticed over the last 2-3 deliveries that the standard of packaging has really declined. For the last delivery, the cans were in a very flimsy cardboard box with no internal protection as a result most of the cans were damaged and the box arrived ripped open. Appreciate that we all want to cut down on unnecessary packaging but the product needs to arrive intact.

Good for the dog's tummy.

I used to buy this for my dog, but then was unable to find it locally. So have now ordered 12 cans which should last about 9 months I think.
For anyone with dogs, it's good for their tummies. good for diarrhoea or constipation!

Let down by poor packaging

The items would have been fine but around half of the cans were dented due to poor packaging.
