Clabber Girl

In America, Clabber Girl is synonymous with baking. And rightfully so! Bakers of all ages have appreciated their baking supplies since 1850.
Clabber Girl gets its name from the word “clabber,” which refers to a variety of sour milk. Baking powder was created in the early 1800s by combining clabber with pearl ash, soda, cream of tartar, and a few other substances.

Although known for their baking powder, they provide an entire variety of baking supplies and dessert mixes, including baking soda, corn starch, pudding and pie filling, gelatine, soft serve, and more.
