Cherryhead candies are little sour-cherry-flavoured balls with a sour chewy shell and a sugary coating. They're a cherry variation of Lemonheads.

Ferrara Pan Candy Company, which invented Lemonheads, followed by creating Cherryheads in 1962. The formula was created by the cold panning method, which is used to make Red Hots too.
